Monster cable has done more to set back audio than any other company in the world. I wish no one would purchase anything from them or no retailer would handle them. They thrive on bogus pronouncements that have no basis in reality.  


I really don't like them. BTW their cables are not as well made as the run of mill cables.

completely agree.  there are no Monster products in my studio and never will be - at least none owned by me, if a client brings some in, that's their problem and the monster doesn't stay with me...

Lol should i mentionned that the only monster cable i have is the firewire one , for my defense as no other were present in the shop ....

Mogami , canary are good brands , and for my parts i went with an affordable but very good one : cordial (Pro line)

'High end' audio cables exist to part fools from their money - and there's nothing like a double-blind test to make a monkey out of an 'high-end' audio columnist...

I'd LOVE to see how the double-blind test goes n that one! Unless it's broken, it's going to work just fine :O)
