Oh, I know others have mentioned this here, but have you tried to run the installation program by "run as administrator" by any chance? I'm wondering if that will enable the reg code box to become un-grayed?? Might be worth a try...

I got the disc for same price on upgrade ,so It Is good to have a hard copy ,but I will Norton Ghost everything when all Is sorted



The box Is still greyed out and If I go to Regedit and then to  hkey local and ,software .X2,the serial Is there .
I changed It to the one on My Account and It popped up In the greyed box.


More frustration now as that did not work

I will have to wait for the techies to get back to work on monday!!!

Are you saying there is a time limit on downloads in store Acct., have had mine since 11/5, but am waiting for fixes to PC. I hope not, you said here- "In advance so as I could get my HD Orchestra download down In time before It expires!", or are you meaning size keeps it from loading in time? Confused, be mad if I wasted them, by not downloading right away! Sorry, for jumping in, any reassurance would be great!

You can download them anytime. Its just once you start, you have like 300 hours to complete that download. If you don't finish it, you will have to start over, but it will give you another one to download and another 300 hours to complete it. 

I cannot delete that number on screen as It Is blanked offYou can only enter the REG code.

That sounds to me like you didn't Run As Administrator on the installation file. Even if you are logged on as administrator, you still have to Run As Administrator for it to work.
