When I'm selecting multiple notes in the inline PRV, it selects all the notes in the chord below it. If you're trying to tighten up notes in a chord, this is a pain. The only workaround that I've come up with (besides using the regular PRV) is to only select one note at a time. Then I can move them without moving every note in the chord. Any thoughts?

OK maybe I posted hastily. I just discovered that you have to be very precise when selecting those notes so that the darkened section that covers the whole track doesn't include those extra notes.

By default, notes are selected when you lasso their velocities, and since you can't choose to not show velocities in the Inline PRV (as you can in the full PRV), your only option is to disable this feature altogether, which requires a registry edit. See Piano Roll Lasso Behavior on page 691 of the X2 Reference Guide for details.

Well, the only problem is that I'm constantly adjusting the velocities as well. So I don't want to disable that. I get a great flow with the inline PRV except when I have these little problems. I just decided that I wanted to take the top notes of a line and drag them down to another track. What I guess what I'll have to do is copy all of the notes to that track and erase the ones I didn't want in the first place. Anybody want to post how they select notes from one track and paste them to another since the lasso method is selecting all the notes in a range and not just the ones that I want?
