  • Cakewalk does not keep thier phone appointments

There is no longer any way to contact cakewalk directly. THey force you to schedule a phone appointment to "improve thier service" but I was supposed to have been called almost 2 hours ago and NOTHING!! I have been buying thier products for 19 years abd now this?????? I am completely frustrated

"And now this" seems a little over the top. Perhaps they're busy, other calls have gone on longer than expected, have an emergency, any number of things.

I'd be frustrated too.
 
But first I'd try to post my problem in the product specific forum to see if I could get answer. But that's just me. YMMV.

I ran into that recently when the CCC deleted my Sonar altogether.  I went to call and got the "make an appointment" thingy.  It's a good thing I don't own a gun or I'd have been out a 27 inch monitor.

Gosh it was a better time.
The company I worked for as an engineering test tech made disk controllers. Disk controllers.
We had so much money there that we had profit sharing and 401ks and cleaning people.
 
Now we have this. It's all around us now.
