I don't quite understand exactly what you want to do.
However, with a vinyl LP..... you can record the audio out put to Cakewalk easily.
You can record one track at a time, to one big project on different tracks or to a totally different project for each song on the LP.....or let it record the entire side of the LP and then use the "split" function to divide the one big track into smaller clips for each song.
It's up to you..... but if that's what you are talking about ...yeah... it's easy to do.
To split the big track..... simply position the time line indicator (The NOW marker) to the area between the songs, select the track and right click on the track at the NOW marker. A window opens and SPLIT is one of the options. Complete all the other splits and you can drag and drop those slips into additional tracks. Create the other tracks first.
