I have kontakt 5 and am using a pre-made loop they have made in one of the kits,

Anyone know if it is possible to channel all the instruments in that particular loop? currently it is only one MIDI note if ya get me, or can it even be done??

open up the tools and use the beat slicer, can't speak for v5 I use v4 and pretty much boycott NI's products unless I have to buy em. have you been thru the quickstart videos on using kontakt ? by slicing the beat , each "hit" will be assigned to a separate key, much like how an RX2 is.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nd5Q4QvBgTM

yes but only if you have the full version of kontakt. im assuming youre using obe of the band instruments?? more info yields better replies.

Fog Im sure that would yield certain results, but it means bouncing to audio + notes that hit together would not be separated.

swamptooth, im sure its the full version anyway? it is the drumkits in the band  instruments section. Can you post link again?
