1. Insert Concrete Limiter in ProChannel in any bus
2. Power on Concrete Limiter and set the Threshold and Ceiling to anything other than 0, release to auto and bass off
3. Save that ProChannel configuration as a preset
4. On any bus load the new preset, Concrete Limiter retains it's settings but there is no output from it.

Can anyone confirm this is what's happening to them on Sonar X2 or is it just me?

This is happening to me on Sonar X2 x86 on Win7x64.

If I save the project and close/reload it, then Concrete Limiter does output audio.

This is happening to me on new and existing projects.

I did notice that I don't have this problem if I'm not using an FX Chain.

Could you try the above with an FX chain loaded?

I have this problem with three different ProChannel presets that all use Concrete Limiter and an FX Chain loads in the preset.
(All three FX Chains are different and no two FX Chains have the same vst loaded, one has a multi-band compressor, another has a tape emulator and the third has a spectrum analyzer loaded in it)

Suggest you both state if you have the quickfix installed or not in case that makes a difference.

Yes quickfix installed, I just quickly reverted back to no quickfix and same problem.

I do not have the quickfix and just tried those steps  on the demo that came with X2 and I could not repeat the behavior. That is, the bus that I loaded the PC preset on, had output.

Must just be me. I'll dig into what's causing this for me in a couple of days.
