I would like to see the Vol/Pan and transport control on the pro channel strip itself. The Volume being a horizontal slider.

How about something like the analyst with a horizontal fader below the analyst for pan which can do stereo width , I would have pan modules have a button to do stero and when that function is enabled , the pan fader now has 2 set points , so you can adjust the stereo field via the faders .

I like the volume control idea too .

I also like to see an analyst meter's per track that you could possibly mute each band .

My first choice would be to enhance the Quad Curve EQ by offering a larger pop-out window that includes a frequency analyzer behind the graph.   Like the old Timeworx EQ.

And then a PC version of Channel Tools.

And then a secondary EQ with just Low and Hi Pass filters (and the analyzer)

And then....

I vote for the "Auto-Mix" ProChannel module...

Where you put it on the master buss and it analyzes all content
and frequencies and automatically sets all the levels, installs all
the appropriate effects on each channel, sets up all the appropriate
sub-busses, and then mixes everything down perfectly!

+1 to everything mentioned so far, especially a Channel Tools type module.
I'd like to see more third-party developers getting involved.
That'd really make me feel happy for the future of Cakewalk and Sonar...

Here's a novel idea for a feature. How about X2 working great first. Now wouldn't that be cool???

A feature that I would find handy in Pro Channel would be the ability to hold the cursor over any element in a module, and an enlarged screen would pop up in order to make adjustments easier.  This would especially be useful for the EQ.
