I got an email from Cake saying that the X2 specials were ending at the end of October and they included TH2. I thought the upgrade price was going to stay at $99. I really need to know whether it's going to go up. I was holding off on getting it because I'm trying to save money and figured it might actually go DOWN in price at some point. If it is going to go up in price could you tell us by how much? Thanks in advance.

It is no secret. The issue has been discussed in the forum before. I read about it somewhere a few weeks ago and have recently received email about it. Bottom line, the current offer expires for both Overloud upgrades at the end of the month.

Yeah, it's a little confusing but it is probably more an Overloud thing than a Cakewalk thing. I seem to recall a brief post from one of the Bakers saying that the $99 price was here to stay but that might be my memory playing tricks on me and even if that did happen I believe the pricing is up to Overloud. Just need some confirmation on this so I know how to proceed. My cash has been earmarked for other stuff so I'd have to do some financial kanoodling as usual. Cheers.

I don't believe it was your mind playing tricks on you. I recall the same post, regarding a Baker saying the $99, was here to stay, at least for the amp sim., not sure about the other! So, I am glad you are keeping the post alive, sure there are more than just the 2 of us interested! Hopefully we will get confirmation.

Yeah, I feel bad about rabble rousing but it's a pretty sticky predicament for me. I can't miss out on the sale (if it is indeed a sale) but I can't be tossing cash around right now unnecessarily. Got 2 and half days to get an answer. Cheers.

Oh and I seem to recall that Breverb WILL be going up in price but again I'm not positive. That's not nearly as important to me though.
