Smooth production there Robbie. Nice singing too. Cool solo, loving that. very warm sound across the whole song.
Didn't hear it last time you linked it up, so was nice to get to hear it this time round.

Well, if I don't do it, who else will?

Self Promoter  <----Shameless...

I give props to those who I look up to as well? And they are "many..." I've listed them many times.

Both you and Scotty are on that list? And many others... Frank Tanton, Timidi, the Yoyo Factory? And many others not listed here. Doesn't mean they don't RAWK!

OH OH OH!! And Mister Markno999? This man has both talent? And the ability to put up with my shiz... He deserves a medal of some kind...

I remember this one and it does have a new and clearer mix to it and sounds nicely balanced. The lead is awesome, but the so are all the other instrumentation and the vocals are truly yours Robbie. Nice work from both of you and good to hear this one again.

Peace and Blessings, John

Love a dobro. When the vocal started you sounded a little like Billy Joe Shaver. But as the song progressed not the case at all. Sounded great. Enjoyed it.

I can't remember if I've heard this one before or not.  it doesn't sound familiar to me.

excellent song, vox are excellent as usual from you!
the synth starting at 0:47 is a little harsh to my ears.  I'd suggest backing its volume down a little or giving it a cut on the EQ to carve out some of the harshness (all through the song where it is).
that's the only mix suggestion I have - otherwise I think it's tight and balanced.  great job!
love the guitar solo!
excellent work from both of you.

Thanks Beag, Mark is looking at the comments for input on his remix. We always appreciate good input from good ears.

Robby sounds great. It's a great song as well , good writing! You did a great job on the vocals and the production is good. My only suggestion as far as mix is that the whole mix could use a  little taming in the high frequencies ,sounds good like it is but seems to be a touch too bright on my speakers. Sounds great as is but I think it would sound even better with the highs backed down just a touch.

Seems like the vox could be raised.

On my end it seems the instrumentation is about 2db over the vox.

Mark will be tied up for a few, but it going to look at everyone's comments before he begins the remix. Thanks very much Ed.

This is a nice one Robbie (and Mark)! Really nice mix and I like the way you start narrow and bring the rest of the instruments in wide. Great solo as well. Well done mix and song all around!

Dan

Cool tune...  very authentic sounding.   +1 to the dobro - always add a little something special.   And the vocals are spot-on good.   Good job all around.
