I just got NI's Komplete Kontrol S61 and it comes with the Komplete Select bundle; however, I already own Komplete Ultimate 9 and 10 and have no need for the Select bundle.  Someone somewhere said that that persons in this situation could just sell the Komplete Select bundle.  I have never sold software and am not advertising here, but I need advice from some of you software gurus.  Do I need to install/activate the Select Bundle when I install the S61 (I have not unpacked it yet)?  Or, can I just not install the Select Bundle and try to sell it down the road?  I don't even know if it has it's own serial number or if it is linked to the S61.
 
Hopefully, someone here has done this or knows about it.

But I seem to remember it can't be sold separately. Not sure, though.

Thanks to both of you.  Yes, the KVR is the forum for sales. I just looked at the NI serial number and it looks like there is just one common serial number for the Konplete Kontrol S61 and the bundled software; so I suspect that the bundled software  can not be sold, but that is why I thought I would ask here since several of you are experienced with selling NI stuff.

You might want to wait with registering because maybe you'll be able to use your Kontrol S keyboard serial for a better upgrade price to K11. One never knows ...

FYI-I just found on the NI site the info about which I was confused.  The correct info, as others have noted, is that the Kontrol S and the Select Bundle or linked together and the bundle cannot be sold separately.

Yeah, you want to hang on to the Komplete Select serial incase you want to sell your keyboard. The value will be a lot higher when sold together
