Hi,
 
No Bapu is mentioned ... tell them to get back to the ground floor!
 
TMI ... used to be a big word on the Call Center scene ... if only they could pay for all that teaching and education, though ... they might have some better support! When they "got rid" of the so-called "power words", every Supervisor and Manager, never again used the word ... TMI!

OK, since it seems texting shortcuts are now "words", I think next year's edition should include the likes of :) and GLFOTA.

Now that they're considered words, they too can be shortened to a single letter abbreviations when using multiples for even more efficient (and far less understandable) texting.
 
Pretty soon an entire conversation can take place with just a few keystrokes!
