I was living in Manhattan in '85. There was a knock at the door, it was a buddy that wanted to know if I wanted to go see Lonnie Mack at Carnegie Hall. I didn't know who Lonnie Mack was but he was playing with Roy Buchanan and Albert King needless to say I was in. What a fantastic show...there is a great video of the show. R.I.P Lonnie Mack, Albert King and Roy Buchanan, you guys are inspirational.

Very nice ... and it reminds me of the night I saw SRV, and the other person on the evening was Robert Cray, who was not very good that night, but SRV made him better, when they played together for a long time ...
