I know there are a ton of really helpful keystroke shortcuts in X2.  Unfortunately, my brain is only able to remember a shortcut that I've used over and over (ask me how to "cut" or "paste" ) Has anyone run across a 1 page listing of all these keystrokes in any of SONAR's documentation that I could print out and keep in front of me?  Sort of a "Keystrokes at a Glance" kind of thing?  I'll go hunting around, but maybe someone will fill me in before I actually find it.

Thanks!

I found a couple which may help (neither of them one page - that would be tiny writing!) . . .

http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation/default.aspx?Doc=SONAR%20X2&Lang=EN&Req=Menus1.182.html this from the SONAR online documentation.

Also this is for X1, but most of it will be the same for X2

Page 909 in the manual has a bunch of them.

Actually knowing X1's shortcuts is little help with X2 as so many have changed.

There are several pages of them in table form (according to the view in which they are available) within the help file and the Reference guide which can be downloaded from the Cakewalk site.

I always reformat them and print them out landscape on A4 pages that I laminate and keep at my music workstation.

These should be added to your store accounts soon.  But for now, grab them here: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/...9/quickstartguides.zip

My GOD I love this forum.  Where else could someone's laziness be rewarded with such incredible help.  I really should have been able to find access to the online documentation myself... and Bill... WOW, this is way beyond cool.

Thank you all!!

That quick start guide looks great!

I put together an 8 page compilation of all X2 key bindings based on the information posted in one of the links above.  I'll try to post PDF and .xls versions here on Thursday.

How would I print those out as separate pages? The PDF has two pages, and each page is 3 pages arranged horizontally.

I'm going to use the snipping tool and paste images into Word. Can't find away to do this from Adobe Reader

I just had them printed, it is next to my PC, an arm length away when I need it. Kbd shortkeys are Sonar's secret weapon.
