1.  Meters stop working in track view.
2. Solo AND mute stop working in track view.
 
 
I though it might be an issue with 32-bit plugs (in my case UAD stuff - will they EVER release 64-bit drivers !?) but it does it with 64-bit Waves as well.  Shutting down the project and re-opening does not fix it.  Deleting the track/buss and recreating it is the only fix I know of.  Very embarrasing and a true pain in the ass.

I am unable to reproduce (however I'm running build 306 without quickfix) , I am wondering if this is specific to you system. You show the symptoms here but what are the conditions?

(NB Bug reports are mainly for reproducable situations, if they can't reproduce what you have written they probably will close the issue. A support call may be better in your scenario).
 
Listing your hardware and full setup in your footer is a good idea, it could be a driver issue and you may be able to compare your situation with other people.

I have been building computers for 15 years and this is my newest build.  This isn't a hardware issue, I assure you, but certainly you are correct in that it is a good idea to list specs.

I need to submit a bug report for Sonar taking a LONG time to close its process after closing the project. It lingers...and lingers...and lingers.

Fairly sure that that is Bitbridge related however I tried Jbridge as well and no difference.  Of course it may also be UAD related as they are the ONLY 32-bit plugs I own at this point.

27 years and my degree is in computers and software engineering ;). And nope I said drivers (i.e. software) and that relates to your hardware :).  I've had a similar symptom about a year ago and it turned out to be the focusrite drivers, and I had to wait 4 months for new drivers to arrive that worked. Of course your steps to repro may have been entirely different than mine, but as you haven't listed it who knows! 

So without steps to reproduce and a list of what you have it may difficult if not impossible to reproduce your issue, unless somebody comes up with exactly the same issue with your build of Cakewalk... and if that happens it's a good idea to compare what you have in common.

There is a known bug with the meters freezing / disappearing.
The Bakers are aware of it.

Assuming then that solo and mute issue is not a known issue you could try:
Disable - Share drivers with other programs (precaution)
Disable - Allow arm changes during playback/record (even though it may appear unrelated).
Like I said had a similar issue with mute/solo and it turned out to be my drivers (and we don't know what you are running, or if your steps to reproduce are indeed similar to mine).

Happens to me too.
Not sure if it did this before the quickfix. (can't remember)
 
But it takes about 20 seconds or so to close a project.
I do not have UAD or Jbridge.
