Is there a way to just jump to a specific measure or do I have scroll & scroll & scroll .... (you get the idea, right?) to get there? I know that if I set up Marker I can go there, but that's the point. I'm trying to setup markers at particular measures & I'd like to just be able to jump to particular measures. Thanks

Press "g" and type in the measure. I use this all the time for quick jumps.

Well I have been here longer than you LOL and never knew that. Of course I use a CS for navigation.

Neat tip Musicroom.

Ditto.   I used to use F5 for this, but since X1 couldn't seem to remember its replacement.   But like many things in X1/X2 in retrospect it does make sense - "g" for "go.

THANK YOU!! I can see by the many replies from others that I was not alone in my quest for this info. I was sort of afraid that I'd get the "RTFM" thing. Fortunately, that rarely happens on this site. Sadly it DOES happen way too often on many other sites. I won't mention Ableton's name. D'ope! This is going to save me a TON of time, cut down my 'fiddlin' around time & increase my playin' time at the same time! How cool is that?? If you have any other cool, time saving stuff you can share with us, please feel free to share. Thanks again!

Another tip... after pressing G to open the Go dialog, press F5 to see a list of all markers in the project. This lets you quickly enter a marker location and jump to it.

By the way... all this stuff is in the SONAR Power! books.

Thanks for the info! Sorry, but I spent all my money buying way too much Cakewalk software. I can't afford a book. It's sad really...
