Good job John. I would try to find a good sample cymbal roll online to replace what you use. At 2:05, it would be nice to hear a kick drum at really low frequencies (40-60 hz) punch through just for change in dynamics.

Excellent number John. Life does have more twists and turns than a mountain road and I think that you have captured that nicely in this one. You have a good way of transitioning and blending together different sounds and textures.
