Installing PC2A T-Type

I downloaded my $39.50 PC2A T-Type Leveling Amplifier… Cool!
Received my Serial Number and Registration Code… sweet!
Executed the .exe file including Serial Number … Yahoo!
Rebooted my lappy… Boring!
Loaded x2 and, clicked on my little “+” top RHS and no PC2A appears in list… Ugh!
Checked my program files and under cakewalk the PC2A folder is there with a help file and uninstall inside… Sigh
Fiddled around for 30 minuets looking for solution… Perplexed!
Eventually decided to reinstall and this time noticed that at end of install is a note saying, “This application may be launched by selecting the installed Icons”… Ugh! WHAT installed Icons and where would I find them?

Anyway in plug-in layouts I did a “VST scan” and sure enough PC2A now appears in Inspector

OK maybe I’m just having a Gobbledygook morning (it’s 33 Celsius here) but can anyone confirm last step (VST scan) was the missing link? If so this may save people time and heartache

Any ideas? With please and thankyou

Yes, you have to scan to get newly installed PC modules to show up (If you have autoscan on startup turned off). Then when you run the module for the first time, you will be prompted for registration code.
