So I was working on a project, and after I added compressors to the mix I now can't access the project. Either it will just load forever, or it will open but there will be no sound except the beat which is imported or there will be sound, but I can't save because it will just load forever and after a few minutes when making changes to the project the sound will go away again except for the beat... Is there anything I can do?!?! I've spent several hours on this...

Which compressor? Try opening the project in safe mode and bypass the new plugins.

Just go back to your autosaved version prior to adding the compressors.

You give absolutely no information other than you might be using a version of Sonar. To trouble shoot it is best to provide as much information as possible. System specs, version of Sonar, and the offending plug in.. 32 bit? 64 Bit? OS version. preferred brand of beer.
