Is there a way to set ProChannel to a default view of all the modules minimized?
That way I can quickly find the module by title and expand it at will rather than scroll up and down ProChannel looking for a particular module?

Set it up as you've described..., in a template. And use that template for new projects. Just a thought.

I thought of doing it that way but it seems that there's got to be a default view that can be set. Just like default height for tracks in track view.

I haven't tried the "Screensets" option to do what you're looking for. I'd have to try it out to see if it would retain the PC strip layout. Have you tried it?

No I haven't, just jumped over to X2, skipping over X1 entirely so I'm trying to relearn how to drive.
Screensets is an upcoming chapter in driver's ed

I would have thought that Pro Channel settings are project wide and not specific to a Screenset.

Don't forget you can save whole Channels as a preset, or as an Fx chain - it's pretty flexible - and you can supplement native PC modules with 3rd party vst's

Unless I'm mistaken, there's also no way to save individual presets for modules such as EQ.

No, not individual modules, but whole channels can be saved

I put in a feature request for that.
Saving eq curves in the eq module, for instance, would be extremely useful.

Ah yes, didn't think of presets since I never use them in the Pro Channel. Have the little PC "preset quirks" I've read about been tamed or were they system specific?
