I can't imagine someone (realistically) running up a skyscraper, doing a flip, and slide down all in one go.....without taking any account for how windy it might be up there.

I'm 50/50. We've already seen plenty of footage of kids doing insane things on the top of skyscrapers, so I don't doubt that someone would do it. It does look a little CGI-ish, but then again what with the quality of video cameras and also the availability of top quality camera stabilizing technology ($300 will get you footage that stable), we are starting to see video footage which is so smooth and stable that it looks like CGI. So the jury's out.
