Hey just to be safe... You definitely want to be sure your dlls didn't get modified by some malware.
Mind sending the files that were getting truncated up to VirusTotal? They should come back clean.
If not, then it's worth continued investigation.
We should post the checksums of the files. I would use SHA1 rather than MD5 (the type of checksum hash used)
However, you can compute it and save off the results for later compare. If we didn't change the file, then the checksum should be the same.
