Over Tone DSP is currently selling their PTC-2A Pultec emulation at half price till the end of October (15 Euros)! I've owned this for a year now and I think it's insanely sweet! They have a free demo you can download.  I highly recommend it! In my opinion, it's one of the best Pultec VSTs out there but once again, that's only my opinion..!

I know Bapu, and I did.  But I really think this VST is a steal at 15 bucks and I wanted my friends here on the forum to know about it since that's where most of the traffic is.. Do you have this one?
