Recorded a video of my pastor's sermon on iPhone. Got an audio CD from my church. Used iTunes to extract & join tracks into one file, and opened the file in Sonar to trim to right length. Opened the video with Windows Live movie maker and imported the audio. Got audio/video synced at beginning, but after 40 minutes, the audio was lagging the video by 1-2 seconds. I suspect the audio is being lengthened somewhere in CD burn/iTunes import process. Will play with sample rate in Sonar. Any ideas welcome. Thanks, wdk535

Tried changing sample rate - had no effect on overall length. Guess that probably just changes sound quality. So the question is, is there a way to speed up or slow down an audio file to change the overall length?

Welcome to the forum.
Try not extracting and joining the tracks in itunes; just import the video and audio seperately and synch them up in SONAR.

Thanks for responding.

I tried this. There are 20 some odd tracks on the CD. If you click on all of them, it imports them as 20 separate tracks, instead of joing them in sequence. I also imported the video and synced it, but then couldn't save the project as a video file.

Again, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
