Sounds like a big improvement to me.  Drums sound much more natural now, much better.  Maybe they could even come down a little in the new mix, as they might be overshadowing some of your background instruments.

Yeah... headed in the right direction.
 
Going to listen on cans......
 
OK... the cans let me get inside the song better.  I'm hearing the drums as a few db too loud and they sound compressed a bit too much for country. Ease off the comp and back the volume levels off a bit. 
 
The guitar in the beginning is setting too far back in the mix and doesn't have enough presence on it's tone.  On the computer it sounded like a muddy something being played. Cans let me hear what it was. Mix for the lowest common denominator. That way it sounds impressive on a better system.
 
Minor nits that need fixing but headed in the right direction. It kinda has a Jackson Browne feel to it in many ways.... I really loved his Running on Empty project and Lindley was on that with him.
