I'd love to get a sense of the percentage of people using X2 that are happy with it's performance and stability?
sorry to say that ...on my system ....and I use arrangemets with 70 plus trax .....not all play at once (;P)   and alot of console emu´s -----but this X2 crashes often ...sometimes just because of very simple things like changing a sample in drop zoone ?? ?I have now my project saved with like 33 names ...hahahaha

I dunno ?

No crashes so far.

I went from 8.3.1 Producer to X2 Studio and I have found X2 intuitive and easy to use. Love it.

did you not know ,Persian cats love the midi ? On mars they used to have huge synth bands ; and like 4 members ( cats ) would just be in charge of playing the 88 000 midi keys ..... It was theyr most holy shrine in the cosmos ,called the trip trapy caty keys ......but then some events happenend ; and the cats had to come to earth you know .......know theyr functions got reduced by the Gods ; so they wont frighten us ????? one option --------wanna hear another one ?

I'm pretty happy. Some goofy behavior at times like clicking Mute and the track lane doesn't mute... so I mute the clip. Very minor stuff I'm sure will get worked out. FYI I'm on Windows 8 so that may introduce something to the mix.

please do not do away with FX bins - I use them all the time.  (Earlier post in this thread expressed them not being needed anymore).

Bob, just curious...in your opinion, what's the difference between loading an effect in the bin and loading it into the pro channel bin? Do we really need two bins? I wasn't implying in my other post for them to do away with our regular bins...I'm just saying, with the way PC is set up now, is there really a need for 2 bins? Your thoughts?

I think there is a signal path post somewhere out there - haven't looked at it yet.

I simply do not yet have an opinion on where to place things.  I have so many more important things to do, like pay more attention to my currently biting me in the leg cat, finding my magnifying glasses, and avoiding playing bad notes on my keyboard tracks.

It may not make a difference - I just haven't put the time into figuring that out, as of yet.

I DO think the Pro Channel is a FABULOUS addition to the product.  I just have to play with it more.

If anyone has any thoughts??????

Thanks,

Bob Bone

Oh yeah - I almost forgot - Heroics - MAJOR therapy for you is in your future!  :)
Here is some cat haiku,

You're always typing.
Well, let's see you ignore my
sitting on your hands.

My small cardboard box.
You cannot see me if I
can just hide my head.

Terrible battle.
I fought for hours. Come and see!
What's a 'term paper?'

(Profound but insincere apologies to any dog people out there - this was a cat moment).
