I have some issues with R-Mix, as I can't see the GUI and I only hear the changes in sound. I also sometimes have problems with lagging strips.

I was suggested that this may be an effect of my graphic card. Have others also come over graphical problems?

I only use the graphic engine on my CPU i7 3770 K 3.5 Ghz (HD 4000). According to a lot of tests and users this card seem totally enough for easier 3D and 2D graphics. My setup is below.  

I might consider an update to a Fanless Grapchic card if necessary. 

ASUS P8Z77-V Pro Thunderbolt (Motherboard).
16 GB RAM
128 GB SSD
Window 7 x 64
Sonar X2 Producer

I can't speak to this particular issue at the moment, but I can tell you that I ran X1 on a machine using the on-board graphics processor, and had no graphics-related issues.

I don't know anything about R-Mix to guide you one way or the other.  If there are indeed any graphics issues, I have used and others as well, cards as cheap as around $50 with good results.

My current computer is a behemoth with really high-end cards - but that was just a bwa ha ha I'm taking over the world moment of purchasing on my part, and not at all needed.

You should have PLENTY of power to run things.

Please elaborate on the problems you are having.

Thanks for your input. 

I also recon that this should me more than fine. I did also Ran X1 without any problems. However R-Mix wasn't included then. 

I could get a cheap and good fanless card (like ATI 5450) for less than 35 Euro. Perhaps worth to try it. Not sure about if the HD 4000 drivers on the CPU use resources in other calculations on the desktop. Well, might be worth an upgrade...

Yeah, I updated to the latest drivers and Bios.

I will buy a Asus Radeon HD5450 1 GB Silent tomorrow. Hopefully this fixes it:)

Why NVIDIA?

I got an Asua motherboard. And heard that the HD5450 is a ok GPU for DAW. Sound On Sound also recommended ATI Radeon 5450 (back in 2011, but still).

What about the Asus Geforce GT520 1gb silent?

I think X2 has 'Draw' problems, whichever card you have. Not for all i might add, but i have had the r-mix white screen (not sure this is graphics card related) plus other strange re-draws with copying clips. I only have an Nvidia gt430 but even so.... Bibs
