The softube works well for some warmth as another poster mentioned if used sparingly. I've put it on the master bus for a few songs using maybe a couple of clicks on the settings. That is really the only time it is soft sounding. It's more harsh/course sounding past the 9:00 setting.

Thanks for the heads-up, but is not that I trying to accomplish.
I want control 3part-VST with a hardware controller example AVID Artist-series or ACT technology A-800 PRO.
That doesn't work with VST plugins inserted in new Pro Channel Fxs chain module.. Work in normal FX:s bin though.
 

right i can see wat your saying now, just tried it my self, when you load a knob into the fx chain and assign it to a parameter, it has a learn function, but cant get it mapped to my pcr 500

Well, BREVERB SONAR is a VST that is loaded in the Fx Bin but it cannot be used in any other DAW (including, get this, X1).

FWIW, That's a license issue.
The Bakers licensed Breverb Sonar for distribution/use with X2.
