I use logmein to fix my 82,000-year old mom's computer from asfar. (I say asfar instead of afar, because I need to be ASFAR away as possible when dealing with her on computer things, or my head will explode. LOVE her dearly, but she grew up when there were no speed limits and you had to add coloring cubes to boiling pots of margerine to make it look edible).
No issue there, nope, nuh uh.
I have a curious question - if you WERE to access your Sonar remotely through a tablet, using logmein or whatever, you would not be able to hear anything, as you are only in an emulated session where all output devices and such on her machine are just that - on HER machine.
That being the case, what would you hope to be DOING in Sonar remotely?
Just asking - no judgments or any of that sort of thing - I just don't readily see what the ability to do that would get you, in real terms of musical functionality. I suppose you could use the technique to freak out your cat while you were out, by playing projects with audio tracks of squeaking mice and baby birds, but what practical things would you be able to do?
