I didn't use it a lot in X1 but I have been using it in X2 and it has worked as expected. There are some issues such as the handles not really being on the transient but other then that it has worked good for me.

I've AB'd a little bit on some drum tracks, just testing things out and it seems the same to me as X1.

Yeh Im kinda curious on the Markers 

-- Missing the Transients,
-- Phantom Markers showing up,
-- Not aligning other Tracks per "Add Clip to Pool"
etc...
