X2: track keeps playing?

I've looked everywhere and even searched here but cant find a solution to this.
when my track plays all the way to the end (no more data) it just keeps playing. it will play forever.

Hit Spacebar.
. . . but seriously . . . is you project midi based ? audio only ? midi and audio ?
A midi project can usually be stopped by inserting some type of event at the end.

You may find that there is an event somewhere else within the project. Try using the event list and looking through all tracks.

Automation nodes etc will all keep playback going until they are reached.

Well, there USED to be an option to do this:

Under Options|Global check Stop at Project End

I do not see that anywhere in Preferences these days.

So, space bar it is.

"Stop at Project End" is still there. Track View Menu--->Options

There are other items which can affect this and do not appear in the Event List - tempo changes, meter/key changes etc.

I've had this problem as well, in each version back to Sonar 6
In projects that have no automation, key/meter changes, etc
It would be great if someone were to figure out the fix
... besides the space bar!......

This was discussed alot in X1 about 6 months ago. Thought it would have been fixed in X2.
