It was working.
 
Now whenever i try to drag and drop an audio file the cursor stays a slashed circle and i cannot drop it in a track.

No.  I cant seem to bring in any audio with drag and drop method.
Also, when I import an audio (mp3, wav, etc.) it just says next to the name in the visual window (BUSY).
