I feel invisible (CupCake is mine) :-(

That is why I call my tool AZCtrl... What about "KuPCake" ?

Very glad it helped if it did though!

Shall I hunt him (arlen2133) down and tattoo a cupcake on his forehead so he never forgets. On the other hand I fail to see how any of the programs could help with Melodyne running properly.

If there was a VST path duplication, CupCake does/can dedupe.  Possibility anyway...

But yes to the tattoo offer :-)

I loaded up Cupcake and I REALLY like it!  I think it fixed my problem with Melodyne and ARA !!!
Thanks Panup for making this one!  I sure needed it!

Which program did you use Cupcake or Duckbar?
Panup makes Duckbar.

Cupcake is made by KPerry.

Hi finally got round to finding this utility -
contaced the developer. and replied:

"The INS to Drum Map tool can be downloaded on my web page "Audible
Distortion
http://dis.sesseler.de/

In the left menu area, click on
"Cakewalk Sonar" under "Tools".

Or use this direct download link:

Regards, Ralf "

Thanks Eurig,

Can you explain a little what it does so I can make an entry in the first post etc.

I'm away on holidays at the moment but will update the entries when I get back next week. My youngest daughter gets married tomorrow. Woohoo!

Converts instrument definitions to drum map..

It's able to read csv files too... but havnt tested that yet .. (handy for making drum maps/keyswitches for sample libraries - possibly!)

quote from website:  (link fixed above)

"This tool will convert an instrument definition (ins file) into a drum map for Cakewalk Sonar. (Essentially, any text file with a mapping from midi note number to drum instrument name can be used.) The created drum map uses default values for most parameters and is not linked to a particular virtual instrument, so it's mainly the first step and may require enhancements to be done in Sonar directly."

Good luck with the wedding too!

Congrats Mudgel... and I hope the bride's father's speech goes well too!

Made it to the ceremony and only a little of the reception. I broke my leg the day before so the pain forced me back to my room. I saw the important bits. What a bummer.

But you got to be father of the bride, mudgel. Congratulations indeed!
