Is this worh $99 for these three?
As the saying goes, YMMV.
For some, Nectar alone is worth $99. I don't use it at all. Don't use Trash, either. But you might. They tell me the de-esser in Nectar is pretty good. I just don't need it. Trash has some very interesting modulation options. I haven't gotten around to fiddling with them, not a priority.
But Alloy, now, that's one I do use - quite a lot. It's more than pretty good. Surprised the heck outa me, too. I didn't expect much from a channel strip, but Alloy does a stellar job on many different kinds of tracks. That alone might justify the $99 for you.
As they say, your mileage may vary.
