When I ordered my upgrade to Sonar X2 Studio, I noticed that the DSF Hi Definition Strings was listed as a download for me in my account.
I thought that this was only available to Producer customers, but figured since it showed up maybe the deal had changed. So I downloaded it.
When I run the installer, it starts, asks me what type of install I want (I select Dimension LE), and runs. it only takes seconds before it says its done yet is supposed to be about a 1.3 G install. Nothing shows up in Dimension LE either.
There are no error messages or indications that I can't install it. It says it completed.
Anyone else having this problem? If I'm not entitled to download this or install it, then why does it appear in my account and allow a download?
I'm guessing there might be an installer problem?
Any help is appreciated.
