terrible email db
Yup, Stratman70 here-Frank L. User since CWPA 6......They say my email address does not exists in their database-so I enrolled again
I emailed CW but no response. I only emailed customer service, not tech support so I thought I would get an immediate response-well fairly quick anyway. Nada
Jeeezzz. Sorry to be so off topic but I really had an issue Sunday night and I know I could have asked here and gotten a really good answer.
Just venting-sorry

CW noreply sent me an email with a new password-it does "not" work-Not sure if this was bill jackson or cw CS. I did email Bill PM so I don't think it was a coincidence that I just received the email-This is really ridiculous. I won't bother you folks with this.
