On a slightly more serious note (probably a Bb or an F#), absolutely nothing different to what I do anyway.
 
There is no guarantee my (or anybody's) life is going to continue for even a second beyond now.  Therefore I try to ensure that my mood is always one appropriate for the very last moment of my life, not some crappy self-indulgent nonsense of some flavour or other.
 
Can't say I always succeed, but I do try :-)
 

I would have an open doors day for all my friends to visit, spend a day with my children and siblings and then write down as much as I can about my thoughts on life, how I've spent it, what my dearest ones have meant to me, what are the mistakes I think I've done etc. So to leave behind some kind of a self portrait to my children, possible grandchildren and to whoever might be interested.

I passed the 7 day mark some time ago, so..... no worries, mate.

I'm still trying to figure out which seven days we're talking about here... 

I've had several rounds of seven days to live. I wanted ice cream and pizza. 

Well, I may have spoken too soon. I was just told I was born yesterday.....
 
If I'm doing the math right that means I now only have 6 days.
 
It'll take me at least 3 days to come up with a meaningful list which will only leave me 3 days to carry out that list.
 
And because of frequent bouts of ADD I'll probably add to it, take some away and replace what's left before it's all over.
 
This whole thing seems too complicated.
 
But then I usually over think things.

day 1.) find some peach cobbler
day 2.) find some apple cinnamon cobbler
day 3.) find some blackberry cobbler
day 4.) find some vanilla ice cream
day 5.) find some whipped cream
day 6.) eat it
