Hello, I always work with .wmv and directshow on Sonar Platinum.

Right now I am working with Sonar Platinum,  I uploaded a wmv and everything was working fine until it stop showing me the image.
When I minimize the software to search in the internet and then go back to sonar it shows me the image, but once a press play or move a frame it goes back to the black screen. The other strange thing is that the cursor looks big when a put it on top of the image, and I can’t put it on fullscreen mode.
 
If I change the settings to Media Foundation engine my image is back but the problem is that when I try to move frame to frame the image moves delayed and slow.
 
I installed Media Player Codec Pack and it still dint work
 
I tried uninstalling it and installing it again but it grabs all my old presets and it doesn’t work.
Can anybody help me?? :(
