WMP and some other players don't support chapters.

Which is pretty lame it doesn't,I'm also not doing quick export checks with WMP anymore,as I've come to the conclusion, that "it" adds "top end" to everything that's played through it,even after making double sure,ALL "enhancement" foof,is turned off.

It's a pity as W7 is a great OS,but IE,and WMP,need to be tossed........or at the very least fixed!

In regards to the questions on the Chapter Menu.  As Andrew has mentioned, not all player support the OGM chapter format.   Quicktime, iTunes, and most iDevices do not have a problem with the chapters.   For Quicktime on Windows, the menu will appear to the right of the transport.

Thanks,
Chris

Has anyone else had a problem with the download?

I'm currently having to try a third time.

The first time I used Internet Explorer, and when I tried to unzip the file with WinZip I got this message:

If I double clicked on it, I got this:

I then tried using FireFox, and the download appeared to have finished, but all I had in the destination folder was a .tmp file. I waited about half an hour to see if it would change into the zip file but no joy.

I'm currently trying again (yet another two hours ) using Chrome.

If this fails, does anyone have any suggestions?

Would my proof of purchase from Streamworks allow me to download it from Cakewalk maybe? I've never ever had a problem like this with any Cake download. Maybe I should have stumped up the extra four quid to buy it from here

Hey Chris, thanks for your quick reply - it's really appreciated!

I've got about another hour of the current download to run - if it works OK I'll reply back in this thread. If not, I'll follow your link and open a support ticket.

Steve,

I should add that there is an issue we are working on with our Flex/Flash download manager where Flash is reporting the incorrect file size.  And while the download manager does work, the bug reports it to be 100% before the download is fully complete.  Please wait till the download manger reads 'Download Complete' before close the page and opening the file.

We have added this to our knowledge base this morning.

Cheers,

OK, I've had this screen showing now for well over half an hour:

It shouldn't take that long to download the additional 47MB (over the 2GB limit it mentions in that link) should it?

Oh well, I'm off to bed now. I'll leave the Chrome window open overnight to see if it finally changes to Download Complete, and I've started another download in FireFox to see if that works.

How big is this? I am using Chrome to DL it and it is taking a really long time. IT has been going for several hours, much longer than X2 and all it's stuff. It says that the DL is 2.9Gigs... ?? So far I have downloaded 1.1 gigs It says I am downloading this:

SWA_Complete_Sonar_X2.zip1,586 KB/s - 1.2 GB of 2.9 GB, 18 mins left http://cakewalk.s3.amazonaws.com/estore/SWA_Complete_Sonar_X2.zip?AWSAccessKeyId=

I also noticed something else downloading and cancelled it, it was this: Downloads/Unconfirmed%20314716.crdownload
I didn't know what is was so I cancelled it before it opened.

Something seems wrong. This is taking WAY too long.  It is at 1.6 gigs now, does this seem right?
