I have the purchased version of cakewalks mp3 encoder. It used to work but now wont install. It comes up with an error saying:

"Your shared utilities folder was not found. Please install your Cakework product prior to running this installer"

I am running X1 Studio 64bit on W7. I am pretty sure it ran on my previous 32bit XP version of X1, but i'm certainly has never worked before on my current set up.

Do i need to but a new version????

By the way i HAVE installed my Cakewalk product and it DOES have a utilities folder!!!!!!

I am guessing there might be a different versions for 32 and 64bit. The shared utility folder is in a different place. You might need to contact tech support to get the 64bit version.
