Is it me having issues with dragging up, down, over, etc with the graphical display in the EQ on prochannel? It's like the mouse and the GUI just don't like each other.......

I am getting the same sluggish movement especially north shouth...east west isn't to bad.
Knobs work great though!

To make the Pro Ch. "Quad EQ" way easier to see,and adjust,I just use the Windows "Magnifier",and adjust it's magnification, and size to suit, then "right click" it to make it appear on the "Taskbar",so I can very quickly click on it,use it,click it off, works great when you can see stuff much bigger, and by having the "maginifier" on the taskbar,it's too easy, give it a try.

PS, Also all my "stuff" works perfectly, since the quick fix,and on my dell laptop, that has NEVER happened until now.

@synk: Sure, that is a viable option but grabbing the nodes should work too :)

Yep, I'm with you there Chris.

As an aside, I also struggle with the Sonitus EQ when it comes to dragging the nodes around.

And on top of that, I think I'd rather have a 30 band graphic EQ than a parametric one, I sometimes can't get my head around how the curves are produced, whereas with a graphic EQ I know exactly what frequencies I want to boost and cut and I find it much quicker.

Thanks,by the way,I notice you have the "UA-55"-being the USB2.0 "QuadCapture" yes?,and your sig. also mentions the "UA-25",which is what I have[but mine's the "EX"-still USB 1.1],my question is-how much better is the UA-55? in terms of buffers[lowest e.g 128/256/512/1024/2048??],and the average stable Round Trip Latency?

My UA-25EX,cant do any lower than 188 samples[1 bar lower than suggested ASIO bar thingy]and 12.6 ms of Round Trip Latency, but THAT is on my Overclocked i7-2600k desktop,on my dell laptop[which I seem to be using more ATM,the BEST it can do is,double the samples-higher bar in ASIO control panel, and 25.8 ms RTL.

Any info comparing the 2 would be cool THANKS

With my QUAD-CAPTURE connected to my i7 laptop I'm just about getting around 10ms roundtrip

Thanks for the anwser, though your laptop "ivy" cpu,is actually higher rated[not sure when it comes to audio] than my desktop "sandy" 2600k,and my laptop i7 2630QM is a bit weaker[6mb cache],than the desktop, but I appreciate the realistic, data.
Cheers

Still curious whether anyone's tried a 6dB plot in the TI.   That seems to work well for me.  In fact, if I bump it back up to 12dB it still seems "snappier" in the Y axis.
