Thank you Bristol_Jonesy, I saw that it was an exe. but all it does is open text files.

The only difference I see is that my part 4 is 10kb less at 1,013,525  Is that a typo on your end?

I am a little disappointed that none of the bakers have stopped in to help me out here. ?

You should be able to click on file 3 in order to start this one up again. I read this in the forum somewhere.

Please note the following:
  • If all of the parts are present and in the same location, the other parts will launch automatically after Part 1 is complete.
  • If the installer cannot locate the next part in the series, it will prompt you with the message, "Installation is not complete! Please download and run Part 2/3/4". If given this message, simply run the next part in the series of files.
This was in the download info in support.

After you click on the first part, it should extract files to your temp folder.
To see the files extracted, do this before you start the install (while the installation program is waiting for your input):

Go to Start menu and click Run... and then type

%temp%

then OK.

Windows explorer will show you the TEMP folder and you should see something like this:

I copy these files and folders to save them elsewhere, then if I need to run Setup in the future I don't have to extract all these again.

I called tech support and Dean Was helpful, he said it sounded like part 2 was corrupted by my anti-virus on the laptop I downloaded it on before I even got it to my DAW.  As he instructed, I turned it off & re-downloaded the file and it worked, then I had the same problem with part 4, repeated and I think it is now installing as expected.  Fingers crossed!
