Hello Forums,

I have Sonar and Reason 6.5 running no problem. However, Reason only outputs audio if Sonar is the active window (As in, if I click on Sonar, anything I MIDI over to Reason will playback. But if I click on Reason, nothing plays back).

This is really annoying as I use Reason to sample patches and modify synthesizer settings and have to constantly click. Does anyone know if there is a workaround to this?

you might try: Preferences, Audio, Playback and Recording, then Un-check 'Share Drivers with Other Programs'.
