For the full DL version of X2, are these already there or do I need to do those separate installs?

There are 3 free expansion packs for DimPro. Rapture has 2 free expansion packs. You can tell if they are installed by opening the patch browser for each synth and look for the "Expansion Pack" directories.

They have been around for some time, just like the DimPro expansion packs. They will be labeled "Expansion Pack 1" and "Expansion Pack 2" in the patch browser. At least, that is how they are labeled in Rapture 1.2.2 preX2. You can read about them here http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2114782
