Sonarworks room correction plugin gets used on everything until it's time to bounce.

Interesting.  I have this plug-in, courtesy of buying the total bundle, but I have never once tried using it.  Must check it out!

That's how I got this plug too. Initially, I tried the bass presets on my bass tracks, both real and sampled bass, and immediately like how it shaped up the sound. It's great all the commonly used parameters can be accessed via one screen, compressor, eq, etc and it sounded great.

This plugin is amazing, it's the only one I use.  As a result, every night my neighbours show their appreciation and enthusiasm by banging on the walls and screaming.

Since I chose Izotope, I will state that I have Izotope products for the presets. Get me in the ball park and I can fine tune. Give me a window of knobs to twist without a preset, and I am clueless.

+1 for the Ozone Presets!

OK, in Izotope, the Compressor (With the presets).  I would imagine that it does what other things do, but the presets make it magical for me.  Since I am not a paid professional full timer, I need all the help I can get.  Which is why the knowledge here has been invaluable!

Limiter #6.
I avoided it for a long time because the GUI seemed unfriendly and cluttered. Now it's the main option for a limiter i almost every project.

#1 is probably The  Glue. MJUC is pretty good too. Lately I've been replacing The Glue with MJUC, but still The Glue is like an old friend I feel really comfortable with.

My favorite limiter too, and I have few good ones.
After reading what Bat is going for here I would say ARC 2, but I know he has it already.
A great EQ with mid-side is a nice thing to add. Sonar doesn't have one yet. (The new one coming this year may have mid-side IDK).
I have the original Pro-Q and Melda's Mautodynamiceq...both are great choices.
