Cortana was just another process running that I didn't need, but all of that is a mute point now.
I've deleted the Win 10 update from my PC...

That makes sense, I just figure at this point our computers are powerful enough for one little built-in thing (that HOPEFULLY Microsoft did a good job coding and it's not going to cause issues) to be left going.

Your probably right.
I'm having an issue or I would update to 10. I just don't think it's worth replacing my perfectly working hardware over it. It's just me here. I record one track at a time. I believe Win 7 will be good for a few more years.

Oh I'm sure it's not. It's a hard sell trying to get us to upgrade from Windows 7 haha. It's the best OS ever.
