I have a project in process, about 20 tracks total, using virus and maschine vst and an external synth.. and the track view pane now does not wish to re-draw... or will if you slide off view and back again..  double clicking a track to make it full pane does so, but double click to collapse does nothing.. unti you slide the now time off screen and back..
 
the same project opened in X1 is fine....  any ideas anyone?..

Are you talking about not being able to see the "waveform" in the clips?  Mine does this too on a very unpredictable fashion.  Don't know why.  I see just straight lines instead of the waveform.  If I unfreeze the track then freeze it again, it redraws correctly.

A daft question, if I may, because I don't recall you mentioning it, but have you applied the build 308 patch?

Does it happen with other smaller projects in X2?

Was the problem project started in X1 or X2?

308?  no i didnt..simply because i did not see any of those issues... and iirc the project did originate in x1 for a couple of versions...

i think i will try to port the info to a new x2 project..
