I have the identical issue that rickpaul has so I'm interested in the solution as well.

Scanning my HDDs, I only have Rapture LE showing up - Rapture32LE dlls in the vst folders and the scapes & progs are in the normal Cakewalk folders.

BTW, the Dimension error message also came up in my original SONAR X2 upgrade as well as each time I tried installing only Rapture from the X2 installer.  Perhaps that also may provide a clue to why different people are seeing different things with the same versions of Rapture -- i.e. what they see may depend on what version of Dimension they had instead of what version of Rapture they started with.

I am getting the same thing and the message box for the error that kick's it out is the same box that comes up when trying to install Dim pro over the existing installed version of 1.5.  It then forwards me to the Cakewalk Dim Pro download site.
It almost would appear to be looking for a Dim pro installation instead of Rapture.

Ryan, I had the full version of rapture and downloaded the new one with X2.  I followed your latest directions but got the error message "The serial number provided is not a valid format to access this download, please ensure you are using the correct serial number."

Please reply to this issue on the forum. There are many of us with the same issue following this thread.

I will. I requested some data from his system specifically to get confirmation on something. I won't leave everyone hanging... but I don't need exports from everyone's systems. Just one should be enough :)
