If Grandma is no longer in purview, perhaps questioning your granddaughters' mom as per your behavior would be a good place to start (that is, if you want the relationship with your granddaughters to proceed in a relatively unfettered manner).

One day when I came home early from work, I saw a guy jogging naked. I asked the guy, "Hey buddy...why are you doing that for?" He said, "Because you came home early."

Yeah! Once on a tour I was tired and I went to the bar to have a few drinks. The bartender asked me, "What'll you have?" I said, "Surprise me." He showed me a naked picture of my wife. 



She was mean too! I told her that I was tired of her running me in circles so she nailed my other foot to the floor!

I meant condolences for the dissolution of your marriage generally. Having been divorced (from someone, who, from your descriptions, may have been related to your ex-wife), I know that the ordeal takes a major toll. Being married to such an individual as you describe is worse, for sure, but the soul wrenching of divorce (for any who are invested in trying to make a relationship work) is a given.
 
Good luck with your granddaughters. 

My Grand Daughters are 21 and 19. They still look like little kids to me. 
 
As far as my wife goes, witch is never far enough. I eventually went to a psychiatrist. I didn't find out later that she was also seeing a psychiatrist....2 plumbers, a preacher, and my bartender
