I have one "legacy" piece of gear I'd like to control with a StudioWare panel.

I know how to load the panel from the 'File' menu - but it appears to be hidden, and for the life of me I can't remember the trick to get it to display.

Can anyone assist?

Thanks!

They are there but in the background. Unfortunately, StudioWare windows open as non-floating, so they open behind the Track view. You need to minimize the Track view. Then click the upper left corner of the StudioWare window and choose Enable Floating. Now you can restore the Track view and the StudioWare window will stay on top.

OK, brain lag has kicked in -

How do you get the Track view to minimize?
Seems I can control every view except that one...

Choose Window > Cascade from SONAR's main menu. That should show you all the open windows including the Track view and StudioWare window. You'll then also see the minimize and maximize buttons on the upper right corner of the Track view.

Now back to work on the book... glad to hear you're looking forward to it.

Thanks!
